What we collect

When you visit this site, we collect: your IP address (hashed immediately, never stored raw), your approximate location (country and region derived from IP), your browser and operating system, the pages you visit, and how you interact with our forms and calls-to-action.

When you submit a form, we collect: your name, work email, company, and the brief you describe. We use this information solely to reply to your inquiry.

How we use it

Analytics data (pageviews, click interactions, session flow) helps us understand what parts of the site are useful and where visitors get stuck. Form submissions are treated as inbound business inquiries and get a human reply.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except our own service providers (analytics geo-lookup: ip-api.com; email hosting: Google Workspace and Zoho Mail) which process it strictly on our instructions.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to remember your session and to link your interactions across pages during a visit. Essential cookies (session identity) are set on all visits. Non-essential cookies (heatmap coordinates, scroll depth) are only set if you consent via the banner we show visitors in privacy-regulated regions.

Your rights

If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU (GDPR), you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. There is no fee.

Data retention

Analytics event data is retained for 24 months. Form submissions are retained as long as we're actively in conversation with you, plus a further 24 months for record-keeping.
