Medicaid's FHIR Deadline Is Real: State Roadmap for July 2026
State Medicaid agencies are staring down a hard interoperability deadline. Patient Access APIs went live in January 2026, and by July 4, 2026 networks must expose data through modern FHIR APIs aligned with US Core and USCDI v3. TEFCA is no longer aspirational.
